Pastel houses with red and terracotta roofs, stone towers and a crenellated wall crown rugged cork cliffs, while an arched footbridge spans a bright blue waterfall that tumbles down to an old mill house and its turning water wheel. On either side, an angel announces the Nativity from a rocky grotto and a straw-filled stable shelters the scene, with shepherds, kings and their flocks gathered along the front.

Switch it on and the village comes alive. Warm lights glow from the windows, the waterfall flows and the mill wheel turns, powered by the included electric pump.
