A single wide ribbon of weathering corten steel curls up from the water like a breaking wave or a seashell, rising to 120 cm before ending in a clean horizontal lip.

From that lip, a clear sheet of water pours down past the spiral and into the generous rectangular basin below. The basin measures 120 x 90 cm and 40 cm high, and it makes a soft, steady sound that helps mask traffic and neighbours.

Corten steel develops a deep orange-brown rust patina that matures over time, so the Caracola sits naturally among planting, gravel, stone and timber. After dark, a warm white light set into the spout at the top of the curl shines down through the falling water, making it glow golden, turning it into a striking evening centrepiece for courtyards, entries, gardens and pool areas.

Supplied with a pump and a warm white spout light, the Caracola is ready to enjoy once filled and connected to power.

KEY FEATURES

Weathering corten steel with a natural rust-colour patina

Sculptural spiral wave design rising to 120 cm

Clear sheet of water pouring from the top of the curl

Generous self-contained basin, 120 x 90 x 40 cm, with no pond needed

Warm white light built into the spout, lighting the water as it falls

Pump included

Free-standing and suitable for outdoor use

12 months warranty

SPECIFICATIONS

Material: Corten (weathering) steel

Finish: Natural rust patina

Overall dimensions (L x W x H): 120 x 90 x 120 cm

Base dimensions (L x W x H): 120 x 90 x 40 cm

Lighting: Warm white light at the spout (no lights in the base)

Pump: Included

Use: Outdoor

Weight: 90 kg

Warranty: 12 months

Availability: Pre-order, arriving in Sydney around 28 December

CARE NOTES

Corten steel may release rust run-off during the first months as the patina forms.
