It is shaped by hand from natural cork, wood, moss and paper, with weathered rock walls, trailing moss and lantern-lit doorways at every level.

Switch it on and the whole village comes to life. Warm lights glow from windows and alcoves, the oven burns a fiery orange, the windmill turns, and a waterfall fountain runs into a brick basin beside the Holy Family, powered by the included electric pump. At 85 cm wide, it is a true statement centrepiece for the Christmas season, and one to bring out year after year.

A true collector's piece. Italian presepi of this size and detail are very rarely seen in Australia.
