Meet Marisol, the latest member of our Blue Dress Girls, one of the most popular curated home décor collections of the last five years.

She stands almost 60 cm tall. Her face, shoulders and arms are finished in deep antique bronze, and her hair is swept into a delicate floral updo. Her gown is made of layered, hand-painted petals in a weathered blue-teal patina, flaring out at the base like an opening flower. In her arms she holds a large cream and gold flower-shaped dish, with a small sculpted bird perched on its edge.

Fill the dish with seed or fresh water and Marisol becomes a working bird feeder that brings wrens, finches and honeyeaters into your garden. Indoors, the dish works well for succulents, pot-pourri, keys or a candle, so she suits an entryway, sunroom or reading nook just as well.

Each piece is cast in durable resin, which is lighter and easier to place than stone and keeps all the fine detail of the original sculpture. The bronze and verdigris finish is applied by hand, so every piece is slightly unique.
