1. AGREEMENT
By using fountainstore.com.au or purchasing our products, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use our website or make purchases.

Prices & Payment
- All prices are in AUD and include GST
- Prices may change without notice
- Payment is due at time of order
- We accept credit/debit cards, PayPal, and Afterpay
Product Information
- We strive for accurate descriptions and images
- Colors may vary due to screen settings and natural materials
- Dimensions are approximate (±5% variation)
- Products are subject to availability
Others
- We reserve the right to accept or decline orders
- Order confirmation doesn't guarantee acceptance
- Your order is accepted when we dispatch it

3. DELIVERY
Timeframes
Metro areas : 5-7 business days from dispatch
Regional areas : 7-14 business days from dispatch
Remote areas : 14-21 business days from dispatch
Processing takes 1-3 business days before dispatch.
Delivery Costs
- Calculated at checkout based on location
- Free delivery on orders over $150 to metro areas (when promoted)
- Freight surcharges apply to large/heavy items
Your Responsibilities
- Provide accurate delivery address
- Be available during business hours
- Have equipment/help for heavy items if needed
- Inspect items on delivery for damage
We Cannot Deliver To
- PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers (unless pre-approved)
- Inaccessible locations without prior arrangement
Damaged or Missing Items
- Report damage within 48 hours with photos
- Report missing items within 7 days
- We'll arrange replacement or refund
4. RETURNS & REFUNDS
Your Rights
Nothing in these Terms affects your rights under Australian Consumer Law. You're entitled to replacement or refund for major faults.
Change of Mind (7-Day Return)
You can return items within 7 days if:
- Product is unused and in original packaging
- All parts and manuals are included
- Not installed, assembled, or filled with water
Process:
- Contact us within 7 days
- Get Return Authorization number
- Return product in original packaging
- You pay return shipping + 15% restocking fee
- Original delivery charges non-refundable
Not returnable for change of mind:
- Custom orders or special requests
- Sale/clearance items
- Damaged or incomplete returns
Faulty Products
Contact us immediately if your product is faulty. We'll arrange:
- Replacement, or
- Repair, or
- Refund (including delivery costs)
We cover return shipping for faulty items.
Refund Processing
Refunds take 7-10 business days to process, plus 3-5 days for bank processing.
5. WARRANTIES
Manufacturer Warranty
Products include 12-month manufacturer warranty covering manufacturing defects (not normal wear, misuse, or damage).
Warranty Exclusions
Warranty doesn't cover:
- Improper installation or maintenance
- Algae buildup or pump failure from debris
- Damage from freezing, modifications, or unauthorized repairs
- Cosmetic damage or fading from poor maintenance

What We're Not Liable For
To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for:
- Improper installation, use, or maintenance
- Water damage from leaks or overflow
- Injury from unsafe placement
- Delays beyond our control (natural disasters, supplier issues, etc.)
Your Responsibility
You're responsible for:
- Safe installation on stable, level surfaces
- Proper electrical connections (AS/NZS 3000 compliance)
- Regular maintenance and cleaning
- Following all safety instructions
7. PRODUCT SAFETY
Installation
- Hire qualified installers if you're unsure
- Ensure stable, level surfaces
- Use outdoor-rated electrical outlets
- Follow manufacturer instructions
Safety
- Keep electrical components dry
- Supervise children around fountains
- Unplug during storms
- Regular maintenance required for safe operation
8. PRIVACY

- Order notifications are mandatory
9. WEBSITE USE
You Must Not
