Commission & Payment Terms

This is a custom-made product, produced to order under the following terms:

• Deposit: Payable on commission of the project, to confirm your order and begin the design process.

• Progress payment: An advance payment is required against the approved drawing, once design details and marble colour are confirmed.

• Balance: Payable in full prior to shipping.

• Pricing: Quoted prices exclude installation and delivery from our main distribution centre in Sydney.

• Lead time: Typically 6–8 weeks, depending on design complexity, material and size — the precision required for the rotating sphere mechanism may extend this timeframe.

• Cancellations: As this is a made-to-order product, no refunds are available once drawings are agreed and marble colour is confirmed. Any change of mind or cancellation after confirmation will result in forfeiture of the 25% deposit paid on commission.

• Natural stone variation: As a natural stone product, gentle variation in colour and veining may occur and is not considered a fault.
