Commission & Payment Terms

This is a custom-made product, produced to order under the following terms:

• Deposit: Payable on commission of the project, to confirm your order and begin the design process.

• Progress payment: An advance payment is required against the approved drawing, once design details, engraving pattern and marble batch are confirmed.

• Balance: Payable in full prior to shipping.

• Pricing: Quoted prices exclude installation and delivery from our main distribution centre in Sydney.

• Lead time: Typically 6–8 weeks, depending on design complexity, material and size — detailed wall engraving may run toward the longer end of this range.

• Cancellations: As this is a made-to-order product, no refunds are available once drawings are agreed and marble batch colour is confirmed. Any change of mind or cancellation after confirmation will result in forfeiture of the 25% deposit paid on commission.

• Natural stone variation: As a natural stone product, gentle variation in colour and veining may occur and is not considered a fault.
