Capanna della Natività – Handmade Italian Nativity Stable with Lights

The simple beauty of the first Christmas, handmade in Italy. Capanna della Natività is a traditional Neapolitan presepe stable, framed by rugged cork rock walls and a mossy pitched roof. Beneath a round rustic window, the Holy Family gathers around the manger, while two cascading waterfalls tumble down the rocks on either side and a dusting of snow covers the ground in front.

Every detail is shaped by hand from natural cork, wood, moss and paper. Switch on the lights and a warm golden glow spills across the stable wall and rocks, while the included electric pump keeps both waterfalls flowing — a calm, timeless scene for a mantel, sideboard or entry table.

A rare collector's piece. Handmade Italian presepi are seldom seen in Australia, and only 4 are available — an heirloom to bring out every Christmas.
