The Cortina Water Curtain Wall Fountain is a bold, modern statement piece for entrances, courtyards, patios, pool areas, gardens and commercial outdoor spaces. Standing 162 cm tall and 87 cm wide, it brings the look and sound of a designer water wall without any building work.

Water rises from the base, spills over the top edge and falls in a smooth, even curtain down a black textured panel. The fine ripples in the panel break up the flow, so the water catches the light as it runs down and fills the space with a soft, steady sound. The panel is framed by side columns with a rough stacked-stone texture and sits in a matching brick-textured base that holds about 50 L of water.

After dark, warm white LED strip lights along both sides of the panel light the water curtain from edge to edge, giving it a glowing, shimmering finish that looks striking in any outdoor setting.

Choose from two finishes:

• Black: a black water curtain panel inside a deep-dark frame and base, for a sleek, contemporary look that suits modern homes, resorts and commercial landscapes
• Black & Beige: the same black water curtain panel inside a warm sand-beige stacked-stone frame and base. The LED light glows golden against the beige, giving a softer, natural-stone look that suits Mediterranean, resort and classic gardens

The Cortina is made from sandstone cement fibre, a strong, weather-resistant material made for outdoor use. It runs on a low-voltage 12 V pump and LED lights, which are safe and simple to use outdoors, with an SAA-approved adaptor, an Australian plug and a 10-metre cord, giving you plenty of reach to a power point. It's supplied in one piece, so there's no assembly, and is covered by a 12-month warranty. At around 81 kg, it's a solid, stable piece.

Setup

• Supplied in one piece, so there's no assembly needed.
• Place on a level, solid surface that can carry around 81 kg plus the weight of water.
• Position within 10 m of a weatherproof outdoor power point.
• Fill the base with water, connect the pump and lights, and switch on.
• Adjust the pump flow until the water curtain runs evenly across the panel.

Care notes

• Keep the water topped up so the pump never runs dry, especially in hot or windy weather.
• Clean the pump and the top water channel regularly and use a fountain-safe water treatment to reduce algae and mineral build-up.
• Wipe surfaces with a soft brush or cloth and mild soapy water. Avoid harsh chemicals and pressure washers.
• In very cold areas, drain the fountain and switch off the pump during frost.
