Customs & Import Duties

Import duties, taxes and customs fees are NOT included in your order total. These charges vary by country and are determined by your local customs authority.

• Customs fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer
• Moorish Craft is not responsible for any additional charges upon delivery
• We declare the accurate value of all shipments
• For EU orders: VAT may apply upon import, Australia Orders: GST may apply upon import

Returns & Cancellations:

As all our products are handcrafted to order, we have a specific returns policy:

• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase
• After 24 hours: cancellations are not accepted as production may have begun
• Damaged items: we replace or refund any product damaged during shipping — photo evidence required
• Custom orders (custom colors, sizes, patterns) are non-refundable
• Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery

Production Leadtime:

All Andalusian products are made to order by our master artisans in Fez, Morocco:

• Zellige Tiles: 3–4 weeks
• Zellige Fountains: 3–4 weeks
• Pottery Basins: 2–3 weeks
• Mosaic Tables: 3–5 weeks
