This basin is handmade in Fès, a city known for centuries of ceramic craftsmanship, and each one is shaped and painted by artisans. It's graphic, modern and quietly hypnotic.
The Fès Anneaux Basin is painted with fine black rings on bright white. Each ring is drawn by hand while the basin turns on the potter's wheel. From the drain, the rings ripple outwards and upwards, then continue around the outside of the bowl. A glossy black rim frames the design, and a clean white foot lifts it off the benchtop.
Because every ring is hand-painted, the line widths and spacing vary gently, so no two basins are quite the same. This handmade quality sets it apart from factory-made striped basins.
The flared bowl sits above the counter on a softly rounded foot. It pairs well with brushed brass or aged gold tapware, cream marble, limestone and travertine benchtops, and warm plastered walls. It also looks sharp with matte black fittings. It suits Art Deco, monochrome, Parisian, coastal and luxury contemporary interiors, and gives a powder room or ensuite a bold, graphic focal point.
Made to order in your size
Each basin is made to order. Sizes start at 20 cm in diameter for compact powder rooms and guest bathrooms, and go up to larger statement sizes for main bathrooms and double vanities. Tell us your preferred diameter and your benchtop layout, and we'll confirm the dimensions, lead time and freight before production begins.
