"Jardin" means garden. The name fits the large flower-like medallions and suggests the courtyard gardens of Moroccan riads. Because Fès Verde already covers green, naming this one after its pattern avoids two green basins with similar names.

Fès Jardin Hand-Painted Ceramic Basin

This basin is handmade in Fès, a city known for centuries of ceramic craftsmanship, and each one is shaped and painted by artisans. Its bold, jewel-toned design brings the spirit of a Moroccan riad garden into your bathroom.

The Fès Jardin Basin is painted in deep emerald and rich terracotta-red on warm ivory. At the centre, a rosette opens outward like a flower in bloom. Around it rise large arched medallions filled with scrolling arabesques, and between them sit panels of fine green lattice. A patterned border and an emerald glazed rim frame the design, and the pattern continues around the outside of the basin, so it looks just as good from the side.

Every line and flourish is painted by hand, which gives the design depth, rhythm and warmth that printed ceramics can't match. No two basins are quite the same.

The wide, flared bowl sits above the counter and shows off the full painted design. It pairs well with brushed brass or aged gold tapware, cream marble and limestone benchtops, and timber fretwork or carved vanities. It suits Moroccan, Andalusian, Mediterranean and eclectic heritage interiors, and makes a real focal point in a powder room, guest bathroom or ensuite.

Each basin is made to order. Sizes start at 20 cm in diameter for compact powder rooms and guest bathrooms, and go up to larger statement sizes for main bathrooms and double vanities. Tell us your preferred diameter and your benchtop layout, and we'll confirm dimensions, lead time and freight before production begins.

Care

Clean with a soft cloth and mild, non-abrasive cleaner. Avoid harsh chemicals and scouring pads, which can dull the glaze over time.

Each basin is hand-thrown and hand-painted, so slight variations in pattern, colour, glaze and dimensions are natural to the craft and part of its charm. Waste, pop-up and tapware are sold separately. Installation by a licensed plumber is recommended.

Returns & Cancellations:

As all our products are handcrafted to order, we have a specific returns policy:

• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase
• After 24 hours: cancellations are not accepted as production may have begun
• Damaged items: we replace or refund any product damaged during shipping — photo evidence required
• Custom orders (custom colors, sizes, patterns) are non-refundable
• Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery
