Fès Verde Hand-Painted Ceramic Basin

The Fès Verde Basin has a clean drum shape with straight sides and a softly rounded rim. The outside is painted by hand in deep forest green on warm ivory. Overlapping circles with lines radiating from their centres wrap around the basin, somewhere between a sunburst and a seed head, framed above and below by fine strokes. Inside, the bowl is left plain ivory, so the pattern on the outside stands out.

Because every line is brushed by hand, the pattern has movement and character, and no two basins are quite the same.

The basin sits above the counter. It looks especially good with brushed brass or aged gold tapware, marble and limestone benchtops, and warm rendered walls. It suits modern Mediterranean, Moroccan-inspired, organic and luxury contemporary interiors, and the green works well with timber, natural stone and indoor planting.

Made to order in your size

Each basin is made to order. Sizes start at 20 cm in diameter for compact powder rooms and guest bathrooms, and go up to larger statement sizes for main bathrooms and double vanities. Tell us your preferred diameter and your benchtop layout, and we'll confirm the dimensions, lead time and freight before production begins.

Care

Clean with a soft cloth and mild, non-abrasive cleaner. Avoid harsh chemicals and scouring pads, as they can dull the glaze over time.

Please note

Each basin is hand-thrown and hand-painted, so slight variations in pattern, colour, glaze and dimensions are natural to the craft and part of its charm. The waste, pop-up and tapware are sold separately. Installation by a licensed plumber is recommended.

Returns & Cancellations:

As all our products are handcrafted to order, we have a specific returns policy:

• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase
• After 24 hours: cancellations are not accepted as production may have begun
• Damaged items: we replace or refund any product damaged during shipping — photo evidence required
• Custom orders (custom colors, sizes, patterns) are non-refundable
• Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery
