Mariposas Bird Bath with Butterflies Verdigris New Collection

New Series – Arriving in Australia 22 October 2026. Pre-order now.

Meet Mariposas, a beautifully simple bird bath where five sculpted butterflies have come to rest around the rim. Each butterfly is crafted with delicate open-work wings, some lifted as if about to take flight, and finished in soft antique gold over verdigris.

The wide, shallow bowl is finished in a soft sage-green verdigris patina with subtle mottling, like weathered bronze that has aged gracefully in the garden. At just 11 cm deep, it's the perfect safe, shallow depth for small birds to drink and bathe.

Mariposas is wonderfully versatile. Set her straight onto a garden bed among ferns and groundcovers, perch her on a tree stump, low wall or plinth, or use her on a patio table as a centrepiece filled with water, floating petals and candles. She's cast in durable, lightweight resin, so she's easy to move, clean and refill.
