Shanti – Large Buddha Head Bust | 75 cm | Casting White Cement & Sandstone | Outdoor

Shanti, meaning "peace", is a large Buddha head bust that brings instant calm to a garden or living space. At 75 cm tall, the serene face has gently closed eyes, a soft smile and long earlobes. The urna sits on the forehead, and tightly curled hair rises to a rounded topknot. A few carved robe folds drape over one shoulder.

The casting white finish has a fine, sandy stone texture that catches the light beautifully, from soft morning sun to evening shade.

Made for outdoors
Shanti is cast from a cement and sandstone mixture and handles Australian outdoor conditions well. At about 45 kg he's solid and stable, and sits directly on the ground, a stone slab or a plinth with no stand needed. He's ideal garden décor for a zen or Bali-style garden, among ferns and pebbles, beside a pond or at the entrance. Indoors, he makes a striking centrepiece for a living room, foyer or meditation space.

Shanti is part of our Handcrafted Indonesian Collection.
